You’re invited to watch the world champion Southern Stars in action at Manuka Oval

Continuing an incredible summer of cricket, here’s your opportunity to catch more international cricket at Manuka Oval.

On Tuesday 2 February, Australian’s world champion women’s team – the Commonwealth Bank Southern Stars – take on India’s Women’s Team at Manuka Oval in the first ODI of a three-match series.

After spending the summer fine-tuning their game in the Rebel Women’s Big Bash League, this series is a vital step in both teams’ preparation for the ICC Women’s T20 World Cup being played on India’s home turf in March…and you and your family are invited to catch all the action for FREE.

Head down after school or work and enjoy an entertaining afternoon/evening. With a special appearance by the Sydney Thunder Thunderbus, kids activity zones, giveaways, increased food options and information available on the NEW Meteors Girls Cricket League, this is a great way to celebrate heading back-to-school for 2016….and potentially get a photo and signature with players like Meg Lanning, Ellyse Perry, Mithali Raj and more!
